In omgeving veel daklozen, die op straat slapen.

Es un hotel que entras y sales por cerradura inteligente con móvil o pin cuando quieres, no hay nadie aunque el dueño responde muy rápido al Whassap, siempre está atento, sin problemas! La habitación enorme, muy cómoda, te dejan varias almohadas de diferentes grosores, se agradece mucho. El aire acondicionado independiente funciona a la perfección. Vistas al mar/puerto. Agua caliente funciona muy bien. Tiene mini nevera con congelador mini, genial para el verano. Y te deja agua para la bienvenida. Cosa que se agradece mucho cuando llegas de noche. Hay un bar justo debajo aunque no lo usamos. Tiene un pequeño comedor con mesas para usarlo con cafetera y plancha que usamos en varias cenas. Sólo falta un microondas y una lavadora para ser súper completo. Muy completo! Con ascensor.

Lo único que no me gustó fue a la hora del check-out dejar las maletas unas horas allí....., te dice que las dejes en el hall que hay videovigilancia..pero sinceramente que sirve eso si me las roban o abren....que más me da saber quién si tengo que coger un avión y me encuentro que me las han robado.... NO las dejamos, no me parece seguro. No es de uso exclusivo. Nos tocó pagar un luggage store que nos costó carísimo (6€ por maleta) pero era más seguro. Así que ese gasto no contamos con ello.

Sehr schöne moderne und gut ausgestattete größere Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer. Sehr bequem ist die Gemeinschaftsküche mit bereitgestellten Kaffee und diversen Teesorten. Im gegenüberliegenden Supermarkt lassen sich bequem frische Brötchen und Aufschnitt wie Käse und Wurst kaufen um sie in der Küche mit Aussicht auf den Hafen von Neapel zu verzehren.

Nichts

We were a larger group and needed multiple rooms. This gave us the privacy of our own sleeping areas, but closeness to each other. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. Cleaned daily. The café downstairs was great,good cappuccino, nice selection of morning pastries.

Accessing the room, particularly with luggage and an older traveler was extremely difficult. None of the prior reviews explained this. There’s a ledge to enter the building. You have to take your luggage over. The elevator is typical European small but not level so again you have to pick your luggage up to get it into the elevator when you get off on the first floor you go down the hall, which was or cosmetically pleasing. when you get to the next elevator there against stairs and they wind to get to the next elevator. upon exiting the elevator, another ledge that you have to take your luggage up to enter the B&B. There’s also a little storage, especially in the bathroom. The outside area was dirty lots of homelessness and graffiti and trash.
