DOMUS MARINA Rooms

I was very clean. There was everything you needed. The host was very helpful. Even though he wasn’t there physically but he was in contact with us via Whatsapp constantly. Guided through entire check in process.

Even though it was 10 mins walking distance away from the city center, however the neighborhood is the dirtiest I have seen in my entire life. Streets are full of garbage, homeless people are everywhere. You should be very careful not to get into dog shit. Weed smell everywhere. It was disgusting.

La camera era ben arredata :) La doccia era grande e molto comoda, la vista dal balcone era molto bella, si vedeva il mare e il campanile (allego foto).

Consiglio una pulizia più accurata, al nostro arrivo a terra c'erano molti peli e capelli e sul comodino c'erano delle briciole. Consiglio anche di mettere uno spazzolino per il water in bagno, indispensabile soprattutto quando non si è soli in camera.

Very responsive and friendly host, gave all details for self check in and offered support in case we didn't manage to enter the property late. Apartment was very well located for what we wanted to do,close to main train station and Circumvesuviana line, close to ferry port for Procida and Ischia, bars and supermarket just around the corner and about 20 minutes walk into old town. Even if the area seems a bit dodgy we were absolutely fine even walking back later in the evening. There was a small issue with hot water but it got fixed. Bed was comfy and we loved our balconies for people watching. Small fridge in the room with two cold water bottles waiting for us when we arrived. There is a communal kitchen with table, chairs and some utensils if you want to have your breakfast there. Cleaning lady Is very nice and supplied us with bathroom essentials. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!

We were a larger group and needed multiple rooms. This gave us the privacy of our own sleeping areas, but closeness to each other. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. Cleaned daily. The café downstairs was great,good cappuccino, nice selection of morning pastries.

Accessing the room, particularly with luggage and an older traveler was extremely difficult. None of the prior reviews explained this. There’s a ledge to enter the building. You have to take your luggage over. The elevator is typical European small but not level so again you have to pick your luggage up to get it into the elevator when you get off on the first floor you go down the hall, which was or cosmetically pleasing. when you get to the next elevator there against stairs and they wind to get to the next elevator. upon exiting the elevator, another ledge that you have to take your luggage up to enter the B&B. There’s also a little storage, especially in the bathroom. The outside area was dirty lots of homelessness and graffiti and trash.
