Communication with owner/management is easy via What's App and this is very important. Rom is exactly as in the picture, comfortable bed, nice decor and everything inside the property is good.
Location is very dodgy, when I was in Morocco or Egypt I feel more safe and this shouldn't be like this in Italy. Apparently the area is like this. I did speak with my friend live close to Napoli and I make that mistake to book in one of worst areas close to the train station. Breakfast is simple - bakery - croissant, coffee and some jams, Nutella etc. nothing I usually eat for breakfast, but is generic like this in many places.
