Host & Stay - Sunbeam House

Sunbeam House was in a peaceful location, very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean making it a great base for exploring coast and countryside. We were fortunate with the wonderful weather enabling us to enjoy the Saltburn seaside atmosphere, including a dip in the sea! We loved the views on the cliff walk to Marske and searching for fossils on the way back along the beach. The steps up from the beach in Saltburn were quite steep and the lift wasn't working but we found a more gentle & very pleasant way back to the town walking through the Valley Gardens.

We couldn't find any instructions for the washing machine but we worked out how to use it. The dots on the 2 main oven control knobs were very faint making it a bit difficult to turn to the right setting.

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated. Comfy beds. Parking on street busy but wasn't an issue. Easy walk to centre. Definitely recommend

Beautifully presented Great location for walking into town, the beach and nipping for trips to Marske, Kirkleatham and Redcar (we saw the kite festival was fab) Fully equipped for self catering and families Nice touch of toiletries, milk and hot cross buns on arrival Always managed to get a parking spot out front Had games for the kids
