Beautiful house, tastefully decorated. Comfy beds. Parking on street busy but wasn't an issue. Easy walk to centre. Definitely recommend

Beautifully presented Great location for walking into town, the beach and nipping for trips to Marske, Kirkleatham and Redcar (we saw the kite festival was fab) Fully equipped for self catering and families Nice touch of toiletries, milk and hot cross buns on arrival Always managed to get a parking spot out front Had games for the kids

Very comfortable property. Nicely decorated. Lovely bed linen and towels. They make the best use of the space they have. Quality fittings and furniture. Very clean. Quiet area. Walking distance of shops and beach. Steep hill on the way back.

Mostly things they can't really do anything about - they have a small back yard (all very clean and tidy) - it's secure which was good for the dog but no grass or gravel area. A couple of deck chairs might have been more comfy in the back. It's on street parking and it was a busy road so you can't always park outside but there was room just around the corner. Hot cross buns as a welcome gift was a nice touch but they are a bit niche. Check in time is 4pm which seemed very late given check out is 10am - would be nice to extend the check out to later too.
