Ho amato tutto della struttura

The location for active holidays in the mountains was excellent! On hot summer days, heading to higher elevations provided relief and amazing experiences. Lots of options for day trips, hiking, climbing and biking. Lienz is a nice town to visit! We found some lovely coffee shops. There are several grocery stores. SPAR was close to the FilHome. The view from the balcony in our apartment was lovely! We enjoyed eating our breakfast early in the morning, watching people go by around their morning routines, and hearing the church bells close by. Thank you for the welcome gift of sparkling wine, coffee, tea and small treats. A selection of hiking and climbing guide books was also appreciated.

Depending on the wind direction, the smell and the flies from the nearby barn could be somewhat bothersome but this is a country location just outside of the town so to be expected.

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind sehr hochwertig und stilvoll. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem, und die Wohnung insgesamt einfach top! Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche mit der Lavazza-Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage ist ideal – perfekt für Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen.

Das Appartement liegt recht nah an einem Kuhstall. In den Sommermonaten gibt es daher etwas viele Fliegen. Fliegengitter wären hier vielleicht eine gute Ergänzung – das ist allerdings der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Schöne kleine Dachwohnung mit guter Einrichtung & Ausstattung, nette Kontaktperson, bequemes Bett, der Kühlschrank mit Wein, Bier etc., Infomaterial zur Gegend. War alles top!

Für lärmempfindliche Personen, welche nicht mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen können, sind die nahe Kirche und der Stall sehr laut.
