Good enough, but room for improvement.

Easy to park, good location for excellent bakery and restaurant - make sure you ask the host for recommendations as they were very good indeed. Host very personable and helpful.

Cotton sheets would be more comfortable.

Excellent location, clean and well fitted with on site parking. Good communication.

The courtyard view was actually the car park! There were no instructions- we couldn’t use the tv! Recommendations for local sites to visit and restaurants would be appreciated.

Really good!

It was spotlessly clean. The owner was charming. Not far from a really interesting neighbourhood of shops and cafes. 10 minute walk to the centre of Blois. Big TV, comfy bed. good black out blinds, very quiet. And Netflix!!

We did not like having to pay a deposit which my husband had to go to a bank machine to obtain. On the good side they returned it immediately when we left. Our fault that we didn’t read the fine print.

Excellent séjour ✨

L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et fonctionnel : lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière, four, plaques de cuisson, ustensiles, linge de lit, serviettes... Tout y est (du liquide-vaisselle et du gel douche seraient appréciables mais je ne vois rien d'autre qui puisse manquer sinon). Idéalement situé dans Blois, avec une place de parking privative super pratique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Raphaël est très accueillant et très serviable, il s'est même donné la peine de nous amener des pinces et de nous aider à redémarrer la voiture en panne de batterie par ce grand froid ! Mille mercis pour votre gentillesse

Le logement, l'accueil, tout était parfait, nous ne pouvons que recommander l'appartement de Raphaël & nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous en avons l'occasion

Mission à Blois

La plupart des choses. Le calme d’être à l’arrière. La proximité du centre ville et du lieu de mon travail. Le confort cooconing, la propreté du logement, la réactivité de Raphaël...

Dire que "je n’ai pas apprécié" est trop fort. Ce sont des détails : Il manque un tuto sur le micro-ondes, La chasse d’eau est capricieuse, Il serait bien de préciser qu'il y a une marche assez haute pour entrer et sortir (si ce sont des personnes âgées qui louent).

L’appartamento super fornito, super pulito,nuovissimo con elettrodomestici ultra moderni( lavatrice, lavastoviglie e smart tv gigante ) a due passi dal centro . Parcheggio privato fuori dalla porta . Raphaël un host fantastico ! Ci ha aiutato a risolvere una questione molto importante e gli saremo sempre grati. Consigliato assolutamente!!!!😊😊😊

Très bon accueil. L’appartement est propre et calme, bien équipé. Chambre confortable.

J’aurais apprécié des capsules de café (il y en avait une seule pour 3 nuits) et sachets de thé pour le petit-déjeuner. C’est un détail, mais la plupart des logements en offrent.

Super bon séjour !

Notre séjour avec mon conjoint a été exceptionnel. Je recommande a 100% le logement. Dès le début, la communication avec Raphaël a été excellente. Il s'est montré attentif à nos besoins, a été disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et s'est même arrangé pour nous permettre une heure de départ plus tardive, ce qui a grandement facilité notre voyage. L'emplacement de l'appartement est un véritable atout. Situé en plein cœur du centre-ville de Blois, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de nombreuses attractions. Il permet de profiter pleinement de la ville sans avoir besoin de transport.

En ce qui concerne l'appartement lui-même, il est difficile de trouver des points négatifs. Il est totalement neuf, d'une propreté impeccable et spacieux. L'agencement ergonomique rend chaque espace fonctionnel, et les équipements fournis sont de grande qualité. Raphaël a clairement mis beaucoup d'efforts pour rendre cet endroit aussi accueillant et confortable que possible. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été parfait grâce à la qualité de l'appartement et à l'hospitalité de Raphaël. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander chaleureusement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Blois dans les meilleures conditions. Merci encore, Raphaël, pour cette expérience inoubliable !
