Excelente apartamento, precioso, céntrico, moderno, cómodo, espacioso, con una decoración exquisita y lo mejor Raúl su anfitrión. Excelente comunicación y consejos y super amable. Gracias de verdad por todo.

La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Avilés. Siempre encontramos aparcamiento cerca y existen parkings públicos cerca. El apartamento es de gran tamaño, incluso apto para 6 personas si el sofá fuera convertible a cama. Esta completamente equipado de todo.
La iluminación en las habitaciones es escasa ya que tiene ventanas a un patio interior. Había un leve olor a humedad en el apartamento constantemente. Se escuchaba a los vecinos de al lado discutir en repetidas ocasiones. Quizás un poco pasado de precio. Casi 700€ por 4 noches nos pareció demasiado dado que no deja de ser un piso y no un hotel.
