Ubicación excelente, el anfitrión muy amable. Disponía de trona, artículos de cocina y limpieza... Limpio y amplio, tienen hasta algunos juguetes ,la pequeña disfruto mucho
Es un primero sin ascensor, por lo que los carros lo dificultan. Pudimos dejarlos en el rellano sin mayores problemas, eso sí

Lo mejor la ubicación en pleno centro de Avilés. A escasos minutos de la plaza España. Zona peatonal para pasear, o tomarte una caña en cualquier terraza, comer en el mítico tierra astur o en la heladería al lado de casa, un parque infantil muy completo a unos 3 minutos andando, un Día a otros 3 minutos y un parking gratis cruzando la vía en el que siempre hay sitio. Al Mercadona fuimos en coche para hacer gran compra pero tampoco estaba muy lejos. Además la casa estaba muy limpia, es fresquita y muy grande por lo que la niña pudo corretear por el pasillo o jugar en el patio o en la cocina. Además cuenta con todos los elementos necesarios para la estancia. Desde gel y champú, secador, papel higiénico, toallas de recambio y en la cocina hasta hervidor de agua, tostadora, batidora...
Al ser un primer piso sin ascensor con el cochecito y la silla de nos complicó un poco la cosa pero los dejamos candados en el descansillo y en principio ningún vecino se quejó. Y como mejora, yo pondría algún estante en la ducha del baño pequeño para mis propios geles pero por lo demás la casa es perfecta.
