Das apartment war sehr geräumig, gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit schönem Blick aufs Oscar Niemeyer Zentrum.
Man war in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt, also sehr zentral gelegen.
Wir fanden es gut, dass der Vermieter sich schnell gekümmert hatte, als wir ein Problem mit der Küchenspüle hatten.
Die Lage an einer sehr lauten Straße, direkt An der Bahnlinie, mit den Glascontainern unter unserem Fenster, die 2 mal jede Nacht geleert wurden - das war echt laut! Und da es keine Klimaanlage gab, mussten wir nachts die Fenster auflassen, sonst wäre es zu warm gewesen.
Die Matratzen waren sehr hart (ist aber anscheinend normal in Spanien), das muss man mögen...

The apartment is newly refurbished, with a modern, tasteful design and a very spacious feel. It is extremely well located, right in the centre of Avilés, making it very convenient for exploring the town and getting around on foot. Access is easy and parking very near by. The bed was comfortable, which was definitely a plus.
Unfortunately, the main downside was the noise. The apartment is very poorly soundproofed, and you can hear the neighbors for hours, like they were in the bedroom and the water pipes loudly. Bedroom were very hot, which made sleeping difficult.
The kitchen is advertised as self-catering, but it was quite poorly equipped: there was no tea or coffee, no toaster, no small teaspoons and several basic kitchen items were missing.

Las instalaciones de maravilla muy amplio y muy cómodo
El asqueroso olor a tabaco que hasta dolor de cabeza dio era casi imposible permanecer en el salón sobretodo por el fuerte olor a tabaco y bueno una toalla sucia pero eso ya es culpa de la de la limpieza que no hará bien su trabajo dado que había zonas sucias aparte de la toalla una pena porque el alojamiento está muy bien
