El patio,las vistas al parque trasero.El apartamento muy bonito y cómodo y está en pleno centro.Nos dejaron un desayuno completísimo y lo del garaje es una maravilla ya que si vas a visitar el centro no tienes que moverlo para nada.Muy recomendable.

Superb apartment in a great location in the centre of the beautiful historic old town of Avilés. Pedestrianised area backing onto a large park. Good convenient private parking. Monica and Alejandro were excellent hosts who provided so much information and tips on where to eat, go and see during our three-week stay. They also arranged a wonderful surprise in a local restaurant for our 49th wedding anniversary. We used the private garden/terrace every day, so quiet and peaceful. It faces west and gets lots of sun. So much to see and do in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent. Stylish and perfectly stocked with condiments and facilities. Wonderful patio. Comfy bed and bathroom. Our host was exemplary and pointed out best restaurants and cafes. We stumbled across Avilés and it was the highlight of our road trip.
