L’appartement est neuf, très bien entretenu et nous avons manqué de rien. L’appartement est très bien situé au centre d’Avilés, proche des commerces et notre hôte est super sympa. Je recommande vivement !!!

Das kleine, aber wunderschön eingerichtete Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Avilés mit seinen zahlreichen Sidrerias, kleinen Geschäften und kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Es war leider kein Wifi verfügbar. Aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage im Kneipenviertel der Altstadt ist es im Sommer bis spät abends sehr laut, die Müllabfuhr kommt täglich nachts um halb 1, die Straßenkehrer morgens um 5.... Also besser bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen...;o)

Ubicado en el casco histórico de Avilés. Apartamento pequeño, comodo, nueva reforma. Cumple con las fotografías.
Por decir algo... Al estar dentro del casco histórico No tiene parking y debes aparcar por la inmediaciones y caminar o en parking de pago.

La ubicación, limpieza y decoración
El sofá, para un apartamento de 4, sólo caben dos personas; las otras dos tienen que estar entradas en unos taburetes altos de comer y si estás cansado, es incómodo. Pasamos frío en el salón porque no tenía ninguna estufa eléctrica; en las habitaciones sí había y se estaba a gusto en ellas
