La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo.
En general me gustó todo, pero pasamos algo de calor. Algún ventilador no estaría mal que tuviesen. Las camas son cómodas pero un poco justas de tamaño.

Estaba muy completo , y los detalles de agua , café y surtidos minis .
Me extrañó no tuviera WIFI .

L’appartement est neuf, très bien entretenu et nous avons manqué de rien. L’appartement est très bien situé au centre d’Avilés, proche des commerces et notre hôte est super sympa. Je recommande vivement !!!

Das kleine, aber wunderschön eingerichtete Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Avilés mit seinen zahlreichen Sidrerias, kleinen Geschäften und kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Es war leider kein Wifi verfügbar. Aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage im Kneipenviertel der Altstadt ist es im Sommer bis spät abends sehr laut, die Müllabfuhr kommt täglich nachts um halb 1, die Straßenkehrer morgens um 5.... Also besser bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen...;o)
