So happy we choose to stay here!

Room (A-3) was large. Street was quiet & pleasant. Owner/Manager was responsive. Previous reviews mentioned the door’s lock was unsatisfactory-we comment otherwise (it was safe, fine). Kitchen was well equipped. Few guests from other rooms used the kitchen, so we had the kitchen to ourselves most meals.

Great location, comfortable stay as advertised

The property was exactly as advertised in the listing. The location in Condesa was perfect for exploring the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Didn't see many other guests, but that was fine with me. My room was as advertised, spacious, and the bed was comfortable enough.

The only downside for me was that the bathroom closest to my room had a soap dispenser that was never filled. I just used soap from one of the other bathrooms. Also, the apartment is on the top floor of the building, so the stairs weren't always the most fun, but that's CDMX for you!

Amazing stay close to great eateries and not far from downtown Definitely great value for money

I loved the location. I appreciated the staff's flexibility when I arrived earlier. I like that they are carbon foot conscious and they make it a priority. I also appreciate how informative and detailed their messages were.

We all don't have the same idea of care and communal spaces. Early risers woke me (3:00am) because they were slamming doors, or not being very careful with closing things or preparing others. The sound travels pretty easily and some people don't understand what it means to share a space.

Be aware of the A3 apt.

It has two hidden problems that you won’t know until you arrive. 1. This apt is located on the top level of the building and there is only a very narrow and steep stairs that you have climb three floors. If you are fit and come with backpack that is ok. but you are not fit for climbing and arrive with a suitcase then you are stuck. We are ok even though it was very hard to bring our suitcase up. 2. A3 room is big and nice. but we immediately find out that the sofa-bed has a big problem: it is completely unsleepable because it has big holes ! The spring of the mattress is completely broken or nonexist! Since we are three and definitely need this bed we contracted the landload. He initially said he wound send someone to come take a look. But later he said he would not change that bed anyway so he suggested we change to another room. But this another room is in another building which means we have to again bring our luggages down and up. And the new room smaller and not as nice. In conclusion, unless you are fit and come with backpack and don't need to use the sofabed you should be careful with A3 apt.

Beautiful & spacious room with excellent location

The location of this room is perfect for exploring Mexico City and it’s beautiful parks. The room is spacious and cosy. The apartment provides everything you need and there are plenty of bathroom options. Everything was very clean and taken care of. We would always come back here!

The internet connection was not always the most stable, but there are lots of coffee shops with internet close by.

Great location, nice rooms, poor maintenance.

The location was amazing, the rooms we big and bright. The bed was comfortable.

The wifi was poor to non-existent, even when sitting right beside the modem/router. The facility clearly pays for the very lowest tier of connectivity, which does not support the multiple users. Towels were not replaced even after 5 days. Hand towels in shared bathrooms were sopping wet and changed once during my stay. 3 shared bathrooms, 9+ guests and only 2 hand towels. One bathroom floor and mat was soaking wet the entire 5 days. The cookware was warped and worn and barely suitable for use.

Il letto singolo(divano) non molto comodo rispetto al matrimoniale ma nel complesso la qualità-prezzo è ottima e la struttura è nuova e perfetta se rimani qualche giorno a Città del Messico

El cuarto esta increíble, super grande y super comodo, la ubicación es excelente tambien.

El proceso de llegada fue un horror, no me respondieron nunca mi primer mensaje, llame al número que me aparece en booking y no solo no me respondieron las llamadas nunca, en los mensajes fueron ironicos y un poco groseros, la persona me compartió un número de teléfono distinto y me dijo que ahí me responderian y me ayudarian... jamás me respondieron ni mis llamadas ni mis mensajes, pero luego de unos 15 minutos al fin me compartieron la información para poder accesar
