Location, pool, bed, view, lanai size and furniture
We didn’t know about bicycles until we read your registry. Also the ceiling fan hums enough to interfere with our sleep. One complimentary coffee and condiments would be nice for the 1st morning before we get to the store.

A great home base to see all of 30A.
Excellent proximity to both Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach.
Properly is a little dated and under kept. Yet not much they can do with trashy guests who leave their garbage laying in the main entry when the garbage room is 50 ft. away.

The hot water was running out fast.... Received only one roll of toilet tissue. The bed was nice but extremely too soft

Overall, the place was clean and the location is wonderful. It was good for the most basic needs.
the location was excellent. the bikes that came with the rental were a phenomenal addition. made the trip and moving around wonderful.
to not be able to check in earlier when the room was clean and our flight arrived earlier bc there is some policy that we can’t check in before 1 was ridiculous. the room was cleaned and we were there, still not sure why we couldn’t check in early. the noise from surrounding apartments was loud. and you can tell it’s poor construction/thin walls and ceilings, because the people weren’t even being that loud. toilet paper and garbage bags should be included.
