Mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko do ścisłego centrum. Niedaleko duży sklep spożywczy, gdzie kupują mieszkańcy Aten. W budynku nietypowa winda. Na ulicy wieczorami jest dosyć gwarno, ale bez problemu da się spać. Lokalizacja jest atutem.
Ogromnym problemem był brak ciepłej wody w mieszkaniu. Brak instrukcji, jak należy w tej sytuacji postępować. Jest bezpiecznik, który grzeje ciepłą wodę. Kuchni przydałby się remont. Mieszkanie raczej kompaktowe. Mało krzeseł w kuchni. Dodatkowo naprawiliśmy kran.

Ottima posizione. Molto accogliente l’appartamento con tutti i comfort. Cucina completa di utensili. Letti comodissimi.
Pulizia superficiale. Nel bagno c’erano capelli e peli. Nelle altre stanze molta polvere.

Το κατάλυμα δεν μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει 4 άτομα, καθώς το διπλό κρεβάτι που αναφέρεται, είναι ημίδιπλο (είναι για 2 παιδιά αλλά όχι για 2 ενήλικες). Επίσης δεν υπάρχει «καναπές-κρεβάτι» αλλά «καναπές» (αρκετά μικρός). Τέλος, μόλις μπήκαμε στο σπίτι είδαμε 3 τρίχες στο μπάνιο, γεγονός που θεωρήσαμε τυχαίο μιας και το υπόλοιπο διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό. Σίγουρα κακή αναλογία παροχών-τιμής.
