Reception staff very welcoming and all staff very responsive to any requests and sorted any niggles immediately. Location good. Wifi fine. Bathroom good size and everything worked well. Use of fridge in reception was much appreciated.

Price. Appreciate we stayed over new year but nearly 3000 rupees a night was way too much for the triple room that was really a double with a single bed added and so was very cramped. The only issue we had, and was always quickly resolved, was when another guest put the room, not bathroom, extractor fan on the noise transferred into our room down the ventilation shaft. Most times they didn’t know they had switched it on and turned it off immediately upon request from the staff. Otherwise room was very quiet which will also be as a consequence of the other guests being considerate.

The staff were really nice and helpful. They gave free water bottles. The AC was good and the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep. They had their own kitchen for breakfast.

There were small cockroaches walking around. I killed 2 I think. The bathroom could have been cleaner with better equipment. The aalu paratha I ordered was tasty but I didn't feel good after eating it. Maybe I ate too much. The paratha was also wrapped in a newspaper which is toxic for food since the color of the newspaper has lead in it and it gets absorbed in the paratha, I read somewhere.
