    Hotel was great only elevetor was not bcoz Bcoz room was on 3rd floor and no elevetor facilities were available.. But over all experience of hotel was awesome

    My experience at this property was quite disappointing. Before booking online, I was shown one room, which looked clean and acceptable. But after completing the online booking, they provided a completely different room, which felt misleading and unfair. The actual room given to me was: On the 4th floor with no lift, which was extremely exhausting after a long journey Not clean, especially when compared to the room they showed me before booking Very different from what I expected based on the earlier inspection After already facing a lot of trouble with my previous booking, I hoped this property would at least provide what they promised. Instead, this added more stress and inconvenience to my day. I strongly request the property to stop showing one room before booking and giving another room after booking, as it is misleading to guests. This experience was not worth the trouble, and I hope they improve their honesty, cleanliness, and service.
