I had a booking confirmation of the hotel as I had chosen it as transit hotel & was close to nizamuddin station from where my train was, however on reaching I was denied room informing me there is no room available. The person at desk didn't even bother to check my confirmation however he suggested another place & we had no option than to go there due to last minute .
