Lokalizacja korzystna, z dala od zgiełku centrum, obok Pizza , lokal fajnie urządzony, dobrze wyposażony, przestronny, czysty, bardzo ładny. Obok lokalu - metro.
Problem z zameldowaniem - prawdopodobnie gospodarze nadali błędny kod pin do zameldowania, ale to nie jest aż taki problem. Niestety dużym problemem była komunikacja, gdy okazało się, że pin nie działa, a my nie możemy wejść do lokalu. Wynajmujący nie umiał porozumieć się po angielsku w nawet podstawowych słowach . Stąd - porozumienie i dogadanie się - bardzo słabe.

L'ospite che ha utilizzato l'appartamento riferisce: servizio in camera comodi e disponibili. Appartamento con bagno privato in camera e frigorifero.
Ascensore. Vecchio, angusto e a mio avviso poco sicuro. Ho avuto problemi nell'uscire, a mio avviso non a norma.

I liked the location as it is very close to a metro. And also has required shops, café, restaurants and pizza parlor.
We were kept out in the sun almost 3 hours after check-in time, as the apartment required cleaning. And there was no formal apology or compensation. The balconies were not cleaned, a dirty napkin was left in the kitchen. There was also a big ashtray full of cigarette stubs in one of the balconies. No ironing facility. No sitting room.
