We loved this place. It was very clean and nice inside. It is close to the bus stations and restaurants which are convenient. The only downside was the noisy upstairs neighbor at night u til very late. It was the weekend ao maybe during the week it is better.

Great host, great rooms and overall set up with bathrooms and for a family of 5. would definitely stay again. Great location and logistically easy to get to with train station close by.

Stayed in this fantastic property for a city break (2 families, 4 adults, 4 kids). Fantastic location and Maurizio was a superb host. Room are spacious and doubles (kids shared beds, but not a problem at all). Its a great location with lots around - tram line makes it really easy to get into the centre or Trastevere for food etc.
Check in process was super easy and loads of recommendations from Maurizio, which all turned out brilliantly. If you are thinking of booking, go for it!

Maurizio and Stefania's apartment was clean, extremely comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 7. It was easy to get into the Centro Storico by walking, bus, cab or rail car. We enjoyed the little bar downstairs, the antique fair around the corner and the neighborhood itself. They were extremely communicative and welcoming. Great VRBO!
