Location is very interesting in Trastavere, the quieter part of it
Our room was on the 4th floor and we had to take the steps, I would have loved to know this beforehand

The location and the staff were great - in fact exceptional. It was clean and had all we needed for a short stay.
The room was on the third floor which was a bit hard for two people in their sixties. Our bed took up the width of the room so we had to climb in from the bottom each night. I know not all the rooms are like that so guess we were just unlucky this time.

No assistance ever. A three floor narrow walk up with my suitcase was difficult.
