They were amazing communicating, great location, nice clean and they even left breakfast for us in the room as our flight was very early. Highly recommended

I like the availability of the staff on the phone. I like the person on the breakfast, he was very find and welcoming. Also the person who took care of the order was really nice. The bads where good. Location was excellent. The AC was strong.

I was not aware that it is possible that while gusts in one room will eat breakfast , there will not be a room for another room to eat breakfast. There is no real lobby, this is an apparent hotel. We where in a king of a master bedroom. I assume it is the same for all rooms in the floor. I recommend to get an aragement of a voucher to have breakfast in the caffe downstairs, for the guests of the hotel.

Perfectly located, many (kosher) restaurants around the corner, the historic great synagogue is next door. The property sits on the third floor of the building, with an elevator after climbing a few steps. Elevator is indeed a bit tiny as per comments but nothing suprising by european standards. You can definitely enter with a piece of luggage or two. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. Importantly air conditionning worked perfectly (we were there during a crazy heat wave). We were three people and had a short stay of couple nights, we did not look for some fancy place but just a nice, clean, comfortable and enjoyable room to sleep at night and this is exactly what we’ve got. What you see in the pictures is really what you get. Concy and Leo were very welcoming and helpful, they helped book a taxi from and to the airport. Overall a very good experience, would recommend with no hesitation.

The breakfast is light, although it has evrything you need, from coffee to orange juice down to cereals, vegetables and croissant. It’s not bad in itself, You just have to be aware this is not the huge breakfast you may find in some hotels (but at a totally different price). Last thing is the sitting area is rather small. We didn’t had trouble as at the time we sat down, there was just us and a lovely couple. But if all the guests decide to have breakfast at the same time, it could become challenging.

The property was in an excellent location, across the street from the Great Synagogue of Rome and around the corner from the kosher restaurants in the Ghetto. The owner, Leo, and the manager, Conchi were extremely outgoing, gave us a very nice kosher meal and were very attentive to our needs. The space was recently remodeled with new furniture. Leo,the owner even showed us some of the sites of Rome.
