The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants close by. The room and bathroom were spacious and well decorated. Air conditioning was excellent Staff were lovely

It was in a very good position, central to most areas

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Bed was comfortable. Minibar drinks were appreciated as well as tea and coffee packets. The room was very quiet and nice and dark for sleeping.We arrived in time to meet the staff (before 12:30 pm) from the airport. Massimo explained everything. Lorenzo the next day was accomodating when we lost our room key, offered to come to the room to give us the key, and then we found the key and told him we found it! He also gave us coffee packets that the cleaner did not leave us from the previous day. Good location and we had no trouble walking back from the Galleria Borghese.

The taxi arranged for us was a disaster. The JBRelais advice to hotel guests upon booking is here: ***"We can arrange for you a private transfer service to and from the airport with a Mercedes car or similar at a rateof € 65.00 per trip including luggage (up to 3 people) or with Minivan € 95.00 (up to 5 people).for flights arriving between 22.00 and 06.00 there is a supplement of € 20.00 Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport gate to bring you straight, comfortable and safe here at Jb Relais Luxury. It is a service we do we suggest. Please provide your flight details (flight number and landing time) and mobile number if interested." ****(text message from JBRelais Luxury) The arranged for taxi charged us extra 10E for being late on delayed plane (1/2 hour), 5 E to charge on credit card, and pushed us for a 10E tip for his service. Car was an old van, not Mercedes. He said the "Office" told him to increase our fare from the promised 65E per trip. This was most unpleasant after a long all night flight to argue and protest.JBRelais is several flights up from street and was not there to be able to help us in this situation. When I complained about this at check out, Lorenzo at the desk called and complained to the taxi company. I did not expect any refund abou the taxi scam. I simply wanted to report it and warn others who use JBRelais to arrange their taxi pick up. In addition, taxis did not arrive 2 times we asked the desk to call for taxis for us. We had to go to the street and try to hail a taxi ourselves. (Not an easy task!)

Very comfortable bed and super quiet. Very stylish clean room in great location near Trestavere and Campo Di Fiore. Very easy to get there from the airport via the regional train and number 8 tram.
