Exceptional location near Durham Cathedral and walking distance to everything center city. It’s a dorm room with private bath/shower, small. I slept great. No TV; that was fine by me. Clean. Good breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The location next to the cathedral was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. It is close to many bars and restaurants. All the staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was tasty but not very warm. I attended breakfast at 8am, I don’t think the hot plates had had enough time to warm up.

Staff location and breakfast were all great
The bed was a small double at best, not the advertised double. There were cobwebs stuck to the ceiling and a very strong smell of mould in the bathroom. We knew it was student accommodation and would be basic- but this was very poor value for money.
