Casa molto grande , posizione comoda con parcheggio a pagamento su strada. Siamo stati solo poche ore perciò posso solo dire di aver apprezzato l’aria condizionata anche se solo in una stanza e il silenzio per le poche ore di sonno

Il check out alle 10 non dovrebbe esistere. Il check-in fatto da soli è neanche su whatsapp mandando foto dei documenti ma su un sito dedicato dove bisogna immettere il numero, data di scadenza e tutti i dati del documento di tutte le persone … praticamente facciamo tutto noi

This property is value for the money. If you could make yourself ignore the decor (young people think the decor is way too stuffy but I love it (I am early 50's), the space you get is beyond phenomenal. There are two bedrooms plus a formal dining room, an eat in kitchen, and a living room. The roof top view in the winter is not that useful but since we came early December, it rained one time during our stay, yes it is chilly but you can still use the roof top to appreciate sunrise and sunsets. The kitchen came with a tiny stove with a lot of pots and a big refrigerator. If you are in Rome for several days and decide to cook, this apartment works. The apartment is non smoking so that is a big plus if you are allergic to second hand smoke. All over Rome, people smoke so this is a breath of fresh air. The apartment is in front of a PEWEX grocery and for Pinoys, down couple of steps, a very good Filipino restaurant. This is literally ten minutes walk to St. Peter Square. There is a also a mall (Coin is the name down the street) another plaza with a fountain few walks down, convenient access to buses, restaurants from formal sit down to delis. There is a also a street market, just bring your cash for good cashmere in the middle of the street. I have to say that when I retire, I am renting this property for a month just to go to St. Peter's Basilica to attend mass everyday. It is that convenient. Book this at early winter ( we came first week of December) because I am pretty sure that during the summer time, the rate could be more expensive. The amenities WIFI, TV, the bed were okay, the heater works, for the price and the space, this property is a gem. The host communicated via email mostly but since my WIFI did not work very well, I missed some emails. After texting back and forth, they forwarded the instructions to get in to the building for the first time, and we were ease into settling. We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days, and absolutely enjoyed the place.

There was no microwave. The stove was small and needs a little bit of getting used to in how to make it work. If you don't cook then this is not a big issue. The heater is not as strong but we were still good. Like what I noticed in Rome, most buildings are old so the amenities are not the usual like we have in the States but the stuff inside the apartment works fine. The decor is definitely not the norm but I love it. The elevator is small so if you came with tons of luggage, be ready to bring it up pieces at a time. If you choose to climb the stairs, be ready to really climb a good 6 floors. These are just minor inconveniences. We love this property. It is an absolute 100% value for the money.

Niestety zdjęcia są mocno przerysowane, oprócz łóżek i czystych ręczników, reszta to niestety jakaś pomyłka. Padał deszcze dziura w dachu gdzieś kapało, syn nie mógł spać…. Mnostwo kurzu za witrynami, kratami. Żyrandole bardzo brudne, dywan zamienili na zewnętrzny podarty, kanapy zużyte i brudne…. Jakieś fotele poprzykrywane szmatami, pilot od tv cały obklejony…łazienka malowana farba olejna, bałam się czy coś nie zostanie mi w ręku, a taras to niestety jakaś graciarnia. Raczej nie polecę…. Mieszkanie ma swój urok ale wymaga większej opieki i staranności, pozbycia się zużytej brudnej kanapy, i drugiej i nakrytych foteli oraz zepsutego kredensu, kogoś kto dba o szczegóły…i dopieści to mieszkanie, i byłoby pięknie. Miałam wrażenie że wszystko jakieś obklejone jest….
