Alloggio spazioso, eravamo in 4 e siamo stati molto comodi. C’era tutto il necessario. Posizione molto comoda, vicino al vaticano e ai mezzi. Zona per fornita. L’host che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e disponibile

Problema più grande sono le tende. Nel soggiorno, essendo il soffitto molto alto, lasciano passare la luce, nella camera da letto sono completamente trasparenti. Questo crea problemi sia per la privacy ma soprattutto per il passaggio della luce nelle prime ora dell’alba. Abbiamo dovuto comporre la finestra con delle asciugamani per ovviare al problema. Altra pecca, le asciugamani e le lenzuola erano generalmente tutte macchiate, facevano odore di pulito ma erano presenti delle macchie, magari passate.

It was not as clean as it should have been (dirty linen stuffed in the cupboard, dust and hair in drawers) and some things were in need of repair (toilet flush, bedside table)

The location was nice.

I contacted the management of the apartment to clarify the check-in process, but they didn't respond to my email sent through Booking.com. Ultimately, since I had no mobile service, I had to ask random people to help me call the management. It was crazy. The apartment was ready, but there were some flaws. There was dirt under the bathroom sink, the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, and the towels were gray from not being washed properly. There was no kettle in the kitchen to boil water, and the dishes were old and had been cut, leaving scratches. There weren't enough knives in the kitchen. The pots were unusable because they were so old and burnt. But the worst part was that on the last night of our stay, the owner turned off the WiFi at midnight, and we didn't even have internet. This is unacceptable.
