Excellent value for money, spotless and friendly staff

We loved everything, from the welcome we received upon arriving to our last day! We were allowed to leave our bags early before checking in, which meant we could go and see the sights around Conwy! Joanne and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic with us and made our first trip away as a couple extra special, everyone was so friendly! The room was exceptionally clean, and was cleaned and restocked each day while we were out and about. Can't fault the service at all here! Also the price is more than fair! The view was also beautiful from our room. The pub below was amazing, on Wednesday we got to sit down with a drink and listen to a live group sing sea shanties to us (weekly on Wednesdays). We missed out on the pub quiz that was happening on Thursday but definitely go down for that because it sounded like a lot of fun! Location is great as well, everything is within a 2 minutes walk which makes seeing everything Conwy has to offer! Thank you so much to Joanne and the staff, we'll definitely be back! Liam & Zoe ♥️

Bit disappointed no breakfast especially for the price

I didn’t like the way booking.com I thought the price was in Euro because I booked from Ireland and was a bit shocked to be charged the extra

Good location, just steps from the Castle. Room was cleaned well enough. Bathroom recently remodeled, although multi-panel shower door can be a challenge. Enjoyed the dinner in the backyard beer garden. Staff friendly and helpful.

First impression upon entering was the historic blue carpet in the staircase - completely matted down and filthy. The room was on the small side, but not impossible. Asked for and received a quiet room on the top floor, street side, which turned out to be exceptionally loud with street noise on Saturday night. The room was uncomfortably hot even though it wasn't an especially hot day. No breakfast (I'm ignoring the Nescafe packets in the room). Pub has no parking, which is THE biggest problem in this tiny town. I knew that going before arriving, but the pub could have been more supportive since every guest will have this struggle. If you can find the Mount Pleasant parking area outside of city walls, you can stay there for full days (Google Maps gives misdirection, so it's best to identify the route using other means). What the pub also doesn't tell you is street parking is free between 6 PM and 9 AM. Street parking hard to find before 8 PM, but after that you can park next to the hotel for the night.
