We have a large 65" TV in the main living space, with top of the line sound bar. Newly renovated modern kitchen and bathroom. As well as a nespresso machine and pods because we all need a caffeine boost before we start the day.

Francisco BAY AREA, and the eighth-largest city in California. With any major populated city there will be some trash, graffiti, and homeless people.
Some guests may consider that terrible or undesirable. Please understand that those are things we cannot control. This is just how life is like in a big city. Rest assured with the police station a 1 minute drive down 7th st, this is as safe a place in Oakland as you can find.

First, remember that this is downtown Oakland, which is where I wanted to be to avoid the legendary Bay-area traffic. I was working downtown and this place was very convenient, about 10 mins from the downtown core. The property is on a busy street, but the garage makes parking a breeze. I am very aware of the "issues" one can encounter in urban Oakland, but I had absolutely no issues and have only great things to share about my experience at this location.Once you step inside, you are in a peaceful, tastefully decorated oasis that has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is obvious that the owners have taken great care to provide everything a traveler needs, including a comfortable bed, great WiFi, a large TV, and an amazing shower. The kitchen had all the essentials and I really appreciate having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. If you want to avoid traffic, and be close to downtown Oakland, you won't find a more comfortable or convenient location than this! I strongly recommend for business travel, or pleasure. Either way you will enjoy this space.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Most of our time here was spent in the mornings and evenings. After each long day of training, this cute & cozy downtown respite welcomed us home. We cooked small meals together, enjoyed yoga on the upstairs patio, relaxed with a little tv time, and slept wonderfully on the perfectly supportive mattress and pillows. We truly had everything we needed all wrapped up in a crisp, clean, stylish aesthetic. We will definitely stay here again.

Very cool place. Well decorated and very clean. Bed and couch were super comfortable. Parking was easy. Great hosts. I would definitely stay here again.
