Eric was excellent communicating with me. Answered my questions promptly and sent check in instructions early. The towels were very thick and very clean and bed sheets smelled clean. He left water in the refrigerator and some snacks. Thank you. Everything we needed plus extras.

This little gem was perfect location for our week trip. Everything was in close proximity to stores, shopping and UC Berkeley. The house had all the amenities we needed. Thank you

The house looks like it was just remodeled! Very nice! It was very clean! There was an eat in kitchen with a washer and dryer! They had the refrigerator stocked with soda and water! Beds were comfortable and clean! Bathroom had a walk in shower and everything needed to bath! We loved the size. We had difficulties when we accidentally locked the bottom lock. We locked ourselves out! Not good! I had to contact the host to open the bottom lock! He was so nice, considering he had a drive back of 6 hours! I felt bad because the next day I had issues locking and had to bother him again! He never said anything! Great hosts! Excellent stay! We will return again, if they’ll have us!
