Great kitchen, 3 dining rooms, foyer, plus several outdoor seating areas spread around the property... it is VERY easy to social distance here.
Most rooms have queen beds; 2 really huge rooms have kings (higher rent applies). All rooms have closets and / or armoires and / or dressers.
9 bathrooms, so you'll never be waiting. Bathrooms all have showers. No tubs.
Rare, towering trees and other exotic plants in the vast gardens.
Fine art collection throughout.
High speed internet, Laundry, and all utilities included.
Easy parking neighborhood. Lots of parking on site, as space allows, shared with other occupants.
1.5 blocks to a wonderful coffee shop, "Xochi the Dog." Less than 4 blocks to one of the best Thai restaurants in the whole Bay Area, "Champa Garden."

This is a beautiful Mansion with excellent management. The rooms and beds are comfortable. There are several large,, beautifully decorated common areas, so it’s easy to find space to relax, or work. Just a few blocks away are a charming gourmet coffee shop called Xochi, and a great Thai place called Champa Garden. Highly recommend!

Rented the place to host a Thanksgiving dinner for some out of town friends
Place is big and specious and with full kitchen and several dining spots, was great for our dinner plans

Communication with the host was effortless and clear. The mansion was central to all the places I needed to be during our stay. I didn’t get a whole lot of time at the mansion - but the interactions I had with other guests were fun and friendly. Showers were fully stocked. Bed was was comfy, perfect stay for the price and my needs.
