In Toulouse, in the heart of the city and close to all shops and transport, discover this unique accommodation with a bedroom located on the 10th floor, offering a remarkable view of Toulouse and its region.
Stay at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but a characterful apartment designed to offer you a beautiful experience:
- Located very close to Matabiau Station, the apartment enjoys beautiful bright exposure and paid parking (Effia) nearby.
- A friendly living room with table and chairs, sofa (worn), armchairs, coffee table and 44"high-speed Wi-Fi TV (400 Mb/s fiber) and storage (not renovated) as well as a large balcony overlooking Toulouse!
- A fully equipped kitchen with a sink (stained), fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans battery, Nespresso coffee maker (pods not provided).
- A bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an incredible view on North Toulousain.
- A bathroom with a shower (some worn tiles), a large sink and some storage. Independent toilet "in their juices".
Enjoy the charm of the old combined with a partial renovation and tasteful decoration, have an unparalleled experience!
The entire apartment is heated in winter (maximum 19° in the room).

Although partially renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old (stained sink, broken tiles, abundant dust...).
Despite the formal ban on smoking, there is a smell of waste tobacco, please respect this ban for comfort and respect for all.
