Ottima la posizione per le mie esigenze. Ad ogni modo si trova su una strada secondaria quindi con pochissimo traffico, vicino alle fermate dei bus e abbastanza vicino alla fermata della metro C (Porta Metronia se non erro). Stanza pulita e spaziosa, letto e cuscini comodi. Bollitore e macchina del caffè con capsule in camera con un frigo a disposizione. TV enorme.
Piano interrato, finestre a livello marciapiede, posizione del condizionatore (perfetto se si ama dormire con il flusso d’aria addosso, ma non per me) indispensabile da tenere acceso considerata la posizione interrata dell’appartamento. Qualche problema di rumore con l’acqua (quando si scarica l’acqua nel bagno sembra come se ci sia una pompa “a singhiozzo” e, per quei due minuti scarsi, non esce acqua dai rubinetti. Ricaricata la cassetta, tutto ok).

Local muito limpo e seguro, camas confortáveis e chuveiro excelente, sentimos falta apenas de uma mini cozinha com micro, só isso fez falta.
Localização não é ruim, 15 minutos a pé do coliseu e pontos de ônibus perto, poucos comércios nem volta.

Super bien ubicado, zona tranquila,cumple con todo lo ofrecido. El lugar es super cómodo y la atención de Mónica 10/10 puntos.
Las paredes son delgadas y se escuchan las conversaciones de otros huéspedes si es que hablan fuerte.

La habitación muy grande y la cama muy cómoda. Hay agua y café de cortesía. El personal fue amable.
El alojamiento está en un bajo por lo que hay mucha humedad. Cuando encendías la luz del baño se activaba el extractor y de ahí salía un olor muy malo como a cocina o algo similar. La ubicación no es tampoco demasiado buena, solo está cerca el coliseo, el resto queda bastante lejos.
