In the town centre, very close to the main square, shops and many other facilities
The room was small and the heating too high with little possibility to let fresh air in. Tilting window in the bedroom. Inaccessible skylight in the bathroom.

La camera si chiama JACUZZI ma l'acqua calda non arriva mai. Il personale finge di voler aiutare ma in realtà non fa nulla per prestare assistenza e in più nella vasca abbiamo anche trovato dei peli sparsi e un capello lungo, che abbiamo rimosso noi senza neanche lamentarcene, prima di accorgerci che l'acqua calda non arrivava. Al momento del check out invece di trovare una soluzione concreta per rimediare al disagio creato gestiscono la situazione con la più assoluta leggerezza, scusandosi rapidamente tanto per formalità e salutandoci. Mai più.

Nulla solo la signora all accoglienza e stata gentile e disponibile.
Poca pulizia, acqua calda non funzionava, doccia piena di calcare. Il problema dell acqua calda non e stato risolto non abbiamo potuto nemmeno usufruire della vasca idromassaggio per colpa della mancanza del servizio, aria condizionata poco funzionante. Per risolvere la problematica dell acwua calda ci abbiamo dovuto mettere un pomeriggio intero e manco si e risolto. Oer avere meta rimborso ho dovuto litigare. Esperienza pessima. Mai piu nella vita.
