The DIGIO HOUSE apartment is a shiny two-room apartment of about 70 m2. It is well furnished and it can host up to 4 people.It is at ground floor in a nice and quiet apartment building, well lightened and surrounded by greenery. It has an entry room, a kitchen, a big living room with a 2-beds sofa, a double room and a bathroom. The apartment has a balcony and a little garden where you can relax after a hard work day. The furniture is modern and complete, carefully selected; the kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, a refrigerator with freezer, a washing-machine, a microwave oven and dishes; moreover you will find towels for the kitchen and the bathroom, bed sheets and a hair-dryer.It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. How to pay:
Minimum reservation of 3 days.
For reservations made with a few days of advance, we will ask as confirmation a deposit of 30%, which should be sent by credit transfer.
The payment should be made on the arrival day in cash or in advance by credit transfer (we don't accept payments made by cheques, credit cards or cash cards.
The price includes the possibility to use all the equipment that you will find inside the apartment, the use of gas, electricity, water, heating.
Charges to be paid in cash at the CHECK-IN and NOT INCLUDED in the quote at the time of booking:
euro 50 for final cleaning;
euro 20 supplement for final cleaning for stay with pets;
€ 150 security deposit for any damages, which will be returned at check-out when checking the apartment.
The check-in is decided per telephone or per email before the arrival day and during the meeting we will register your documents
