Gelegen außerhalb des Trubels der Côte, gute Infrastruktur, Appartement ruhig, sehr guter Grundriss, schöne hohe Fenster, alles funktionierte bestens
Ausstattung der Küche: wenn man gerne kocht, braucht man bessere Werkzeuge wie z.B. scharfe Gemuesemesser und-schäler, Induktionsplatte sehr klein. Wohnraum zu dunkel, da kein direktes Sonnenlicht hereinscheint, Stehleuchte neben dem Fenster fehlt.
