Guillaume was very pleasant and the location ultra quiet. The price was good during the end of August and kitchen was equipped quite well.
The appartment could've have been a bit cleaner, especially the sofa and the mattress below the mattress. There were also a lot of spiders and cob webs.

The door didn't lock properly which was a little unnerving, although we were assured there is zero crime in the area..
