A very charming house located in the peaceful hamlet of Valcros, ideal for vacations with family or friends. Unobstructed views of the hills, a relaxing setting to recharge.

This charming vacation home welcomes you with a warm and friendly atmosphere, ideal for stays with family or friends. The bright living area features a cozy living room, a welcoming dining area, and a fully furnished and equipped open kitchen—perfect for preparing delicious meals to share.
A mezzanine converted into a sleeping area completes the space, while a modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and plenty of storage for added convenience.
The house also features a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, opening onto the terrace through a large French door. This carefully landscaped terrace is the ideal spot to enjoy al fresco lunches or relax in the sun.
Vacationers also have access to a pool within the residence, perfect for cooling off on summer days, as well as a ping-pong table for fun times with family or friends.

Linens: not included. To lighten your luggage, we offer sheet and towel kits for rent. Be sure to reserve them with our team at least 48 hours before your arrival 🧺
Check-in & check-out:
Check-in: Keys must be picked up in person between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM during the off-season (4:00 PM–8:00 PM in the summer). We need your exact arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in ⏰
Check-out: must be between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. As a property management company managing several accommodations, our cleaning schedule is set in advance to ensure the property is clean for the next guests. The exact check-out time agreed upon with our team must be strictly adhered to.
Rules: This is a completely smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed 🚭
Information on the Security Deposit:
During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.
Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.
This hold covers:
€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).
This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
