Overall was quite good, does not need a lot to be perfect.

The location which was very central yet calm. Also, the chalet was equipped with everything you need and was quite roomy and modern. Overall a good stay

These are suggestions to make it perfect, overall our stay was very good. Outside parts of it need some maintenance, the gate was inoperative and thus left open, thus the driveway was used as a dogs toilet for quite some time. No shower in master bedroom, only a bathtub sit down shower. Fireplace was a great thing to have but hard to use without fumigating the whole property. Beds were too small but they were advertised as 140 in width so my bad.

Very nice place to stay!

Location is amazing, the chalet was so nice and comfortable except damp smell. Employee/ owner was helping for our requests. We really enjoyed our time there. We would go back there again.

There was a huge damp problem in one room, it was smelling damp so bad so we really had a difficulty to stay in the room. We had to open the window continiously so it was cold always in the room. hope the damp problem is getting solved soon, because this is the only negative point actually.

A fantastic modern chalet in the heart of Chamonix.

The keys were in a key box so access to the chalet, sauna, and shed by the entrance was easy. This was an absolutely fantastic stay! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift from the host. The location was superb, and the Airbnb itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating 5 adults. Looks like the photos. I would 100% stay again. The hosts were incredibly communicative, providing us with a helpful online guide to familiarise ourselves with the chalet. We were also able to reach them via WhatsApp if needed. The location deserves a 10 out of 10 rating! We walked everywhere — rental shops, supermarkets, and bars/restaurants were all within a 5-minute walk. The town was right on the doorstep, but the chalet remained quiet and peaceful at night. My friends loved the sauna, and we had a blast using the sledges stored in the shed. The wood-burning fireplace was a lovely added bonus, and we took lots of photos on the two generously sized balconies. As we were beginners, we skied at Les Planards which is an 8 min walked away. There is a ski room if you wanted to store your skis. We paid for a locker by the lifts so we did not have to carry them back and forth. The principle bedroom is located on the top floor and includes a spacious ensuite with dual sink basins. All the bedrooms had their own ensuite, which was very convenient. There's also a separate TV room outside of the lounge, connected to the very modern kitchen. We made great memories here and I would highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and enjoyable stay!

La struttura è ampia e spaziosa, in 8 si sta comodi Gli ambienti sono davvero belli, è stata arredata con gusto. La posizione è comodissima sia per il centro città che per gli impianti di risalita

La prima stanza a sinistra ha un forte odore di umido, questo la rende davvero invivibile. Peccato perché la stanza è bella ma, per questo motivo, si è creato imbarazzo tra noi amici su chi dovesse dormire lì
