About this chalet rental
Typical family chalet from the 60s restored in the spirit of the period, with a vintage chic bias.
You can enjoy your meals on the terrace in the sun or rest in peace under the trees in the garden, with a breathtaking view of the entire Mont Blanc massif.
Ideally located, the chalet is 150 m from the start of the Brevent slopes and on the small Savoy slope in the centre of Chamonix.
After a day of skiing or hiking, you can walk 10/15 minutes to the town centre of Chamonix to enjoy shopping, bars and restaurants or to do your shopping.
The chalet is ideal for 2 couples with children or 6/8 adults.
The bright living room with its large bay windows has a fireplace/insert and opens onto the terrace and the kitchen.
You can cook raclette and fondue.
For your nights:
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a bright double bedroom with access to the terrace and a view of Mont Blanc
- Bedroom 2: a double bedroom with a washbasin and a view of the Aiguille Verte and the Drus
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bedroom with a view of Mont Blanc
- Bedroom 4: a double bedroom with a washbasin and a view of Mont Blanc
- Bedroom 5: an attic refuge atmosphere under the roof with 3 single beds
Garden Level:
- Bedroom 6: a bedroom with 2 single beds and its shower room
3 shower rooms/bathtub and 3 toilets (on each of the 3 levels)
Different living spaces:
- a large screen games room/TV
- a converted attic
- a porch sheltered from the rain.
Ski room and laundry room equipped with boot warmer.
Parking for 3 cars in summer.
In winter, covered parking for 1 car 100 m away in the neighbouring residence.

We had a fantastic stay in Chamonix. The chalet was incredibly comfortable for our two families and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was outstanding... basically ski-in, ski-out to the Brevent lift, which made getting on the mountain very easy. The nearby runs were excellent for all skill levels, making it a great fit for everyone in our group. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and wonderful to work with throughout our stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Chamonix experience. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Isabelle was an excellent host - very responsive and accommodating. Her chalet is extremely well placed near to a major ski lift and a short walk from the Folie Douce hotel for apres ski. The property was spacious and functional, with a great fire and dining area. The decor had a warm, retro vibe. We really enjoyed our ‘night in’ with a private chef. The lower floor has useful storage for ski gear. Most notably, the mountain views are breathtaking. Wholeheartedly recommended!
