Just 800 metres from the historic town centre of Chamonix and 400 metres from the Champs du Savoy ski lifts, our 200m² chalet offers optimal comfort for 10 people. It consists of 5 elegant bedrooms, two of which are suites with en-suite bathrooms, and two additional shower rooms.
The fully equipped kitchen will delight gastronomy lovers with its complete equipment: oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you need for your convivial evenings (raclette and fondue machines). The warm living room with its breathtaking view is perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends.
The practical basement has a ski room with boot dryer, an additional shower and toilet, as well as an equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Private parking can accommodate more than 3 vehicles.
