Les Aiguilles- Town centre luxury 2 bedroom apartment

Very responsive host who gave very clear instructions for checkin, stay-in and check-out. Excellent location - right in front of Mont Blanc Chamonix station and near to city center and all eateries. Apartment was equipped with necessary amenities.

Suggestions to improve further: (1) treat guests with trust - the current security deposit of €800 is simply too high. We are constantly reminded to keep to the stipulated rules, failing which there's a possibility of penalty imposed through the security deposit! (2) need to return the key at the office, which is a 10 mins walk away. Could have made arrangements to allow return of the key using the letter box (I had done this in other properties); (3) guests MUST remove bed linens upon checkout! This has never happened before in all my travels. I believe this is the job of the cleaning staff?

The location is amazing, you can reach the center very easily walking. Amazing restaurants just under the apartment.

The accommodation was wonderful, the apartment seemed to have been newly renovated and was very nicely furnished. The location is also excellent with easy access to the center of town. The company running the accommodation were really friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Definitely somewhere we'd be happy to stay again

There are quite a few bars around (including right below the apartment) The place is well insulated so there wasn't much noise, but on a warm day with the windows open it was noisy and we could smell the cigarette smoke from the bar downstairs which was unpleasant. There also didn't seem to be any ski lockers so we had to leave our skis elsewhere
