Great communal area
Toilet flush didn’t work very well in the downstairs room and quite muddy outside the front door.

L’emplacement, la superficie. Son accès direct aux différents services.
Le parking qui était très peu accessible car il ressemblait plus à un champ. La vaisselle dans son ensemble ainsi que sa propreté.

Two things: 1) this property is really well located. It does not seem so when you arrive, because it is literally "on the wrong side of the tracks" but as soon as you cross under the tracks you are in the center of town, and 2) for being as small as it is it is really well laid out. Each bedroom is tiny, but has its own tiny bathroom. The common room is good sized and the balcony is very nice.
Little to complain: it is a little hard to fine the property because it is down a long driveway, and that driveway was a muddy mess.
