About this chalet rental

Large private 6 bed chalet is centrally located in a peaceful area set above the town with outstanding views of the mountains. 5 mins flat walk to the Brevent ski lift (winter skiing/summer hiking) and less than 10 mins walk down the hill to Chamonix town. Comfortably sleeps 12, ideal for 2-3 families and is well set up for children. Hiking/biking trails from back of the house. The chalet has unparalleled direct views of Mont Blanc with a huge deck, hot tub and a large mature garden with trampoline and swing set. There is an outdoor pizza oven, BBQ and plenty of seating for outdoor dining/lounging. Large master on top floor with ensuite (steam and jacuzzi) and private balcony overlooking mountains at the back. 2 ensuite bedrooms with French doors onto the front deck. 1 additional ensuite bedroom on the middle floor. On ground floor there is an ensuite double bedroom that can be turned into a family room with extra bunk beds through sliding doors. Large living room with huge picture window and dining table, professional kitchen. There is a separate tiny cottage in the garden with simple kitchen and bathroom which can be good for a nanny or extra double bed (on request). Sauna to soak aching muscles. Gastronomic restaurant less than 100m away. Close to all amenities and only 1 hour drive from Geneva airport. Well behaved pets allowed (not in bedrooms). No all male parties. No smoking. Winter bookings Saturday to Saturday only.

Fiona and Sarah were super responsive, very friendly, and great communicators. The chalet was just as described, walking distance to main town, and La Brevent. We'd absolutely stay there again.

The house exceeded our expectations. And we loved that there were still personal items in the house, and wasn't sterilized. It felt like home. Sarah, the caretaker, was incredible, introduced us to the house and was attentive when we had questions. We will go back to this same house as long as we are able.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the magnificent large front deck being our favourite place to be under the incredible Mt. Blanc. The place is filled with character and a blend of asian influence integrated into the classical french chalet bones. Fiona and Sarah were super helpful and communicative. Everything is as lovely as the photos and more so.

Our party of eight really enjoyed this house where we were able to spread out and relax. The views are tremendous. It is a good uphill walk from the village - so important to be aware of that - but then that is more than rewarded for by the views. Communication with the property manager was easy by text. We would definitely return! Many thanks

We were two families with older kids and this chalet was perfect! Love that we had the option to walk into town (10 min) and walk to Brevent ski lift (5 min). It is steep coming back from town so not suited for those not in shape (my 83 year old Mom!). The hot tub with amazing views was the perfect end to the ski day. We will definitely be coming back!!

When we arrived we were amazed at the care and attention we received. We stayed over Christmas and New year and were delighted to find a Christmas tree and decorations already in place. Candles were lit and a fire roaring in the fabulous fireplace. It was a lovely welcome to a fantastic chalet. There were 11 of us in our family party but the chalet is so huge that that we never felt crowded. The sauna, hot tub and steam room were all welcome after a day skiing. Cooking in the large kitchen was a delight, every appliance you could think of was there. This must be one of the best places we have stayed in. Sarah and Julie, the staff on the ground, made us feel very welcome and dealt quickly with any issues we had. Would definitely return.
