OLIVA 50 - 4 Bedrooms and Office - 3 Bathrooms - Near Lisbon Expo & Airport

Quartier calme, bon couchage, appartement très propre, très bien équipé, communication très bonne, appartement proche de magasins et pestalaria ( je recommande chez baba, prix raisonnable et tellement gentils), les espaces sont bien séparés pour vivre en famille ou entre amis sans se déranger. La décoration est incroyable, aucune porte ne grince et tout a été repeint et rénové, l'appartement est pratique, lumineux. La cuisine est très grande et il y a tout pour cuisiner. Un petit balcon très appréciable et un fil à linge super.Uber OK, bus aussi.

Escaliers sans ascenseurs pour les personnes qui ont des soucis de mobilité, pour nous ce n'était pas dérangeant et il n'y a que deux étages.

I really enjoyed my stay here for a couple of nights in Lisbon. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a modern feel thanks to recent updates, especially the bathrooms, which look newly done/renovated. You can tell that the hosts really take pride in the place; the furniture is much more charming and better quality than the usual standard Airbnb/IKEA setup. The location is great, quiet and pleasant, but only about 15 minutes from the city centre with good public transport nearby, and also close to the Expo area and the Oceanarium. The apartment has good temperature control as well, with air conditioning that works for both heating and cooling, which was really appreciated since Lisbon can get chilly in winter. Overall, the place has lots of character and is a great option for a family or group stay. Communication with the hosts was easy and smooth; they were very helpful and quick to respond. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

There’s no elevator, but it wasn’t an issue for us as the apartment isn’t very high up. Would have liked to stay longer!
