+ The apartment is very well located at the end of the Parque das Naçoes. Though this was specifically for a tradeshow at the FIL venue, so it was convenient for this specific purpose. If you're exploring the city or visiting around, then you would need to walk 20 minutes until you reach the metro.
+ The surrounding is quiet and calm—very local with inhabitants nearby.
+ The apartment is simple and effective for a business trip.
- For the person staying on the couch, it isn't so comfortable. Especially if you're tall.
- The overall check-in was okay, but due to miscommunication, it took longer than promised.

Proximity to Vasco da gama shopping mall, train/bus station, and altice arena
The sofa bed was hard and on the small side for two adults, it’s ok for one person but not for 2.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with underground garage. Very good equipment in the kitchen.
Far from the center of Lisbon, but there is a metro station and train station to Sintra :):):)

Close to bars and restaurants on Riverfront
Quite away from city centre, but there is a regular bus service into town close by
