Bathtub could use some safety handles to hold on to when getting in and out of the tub or shower area.

Beatriz was delightful,friendly punctual and efficient for check in. The area is excellent and the added security of a doorman was great. Fantastic view and wide choices of food options within walking distance. Lift to upper floors was huge and fit all the luggage for six people in one go. Area was very suitable for walking our dog and pet friendly apartment was a big part of choosing this location to stay. Easy pick up and drop off for Uber/Taxi and bus stop is outside.
The things that need attention are a sketchy cracked and repaired toilet seat, fridge hinges need DW-40. Double bed sofa needed slightly bigger quilt and sheets if it was to be used for two people. Works for one person or a child.
