Your Lisbon Home Oriente

Very nice apartment. Spacious and nicely decorated with everything you need, quiet at night. Good bedding. Location is good - a 15-minute uber ride to the old town.

The biggest issue was the AC, which was almost non-existent. The temperature outside was in the 80s during the day and 70s at night. It was so hot inside we ended up opening all the windows and sleeping without covers. Not ideal or comfortable for the price. The apartment had a strange mildew smell. Access to parking was somewhat complicated. The building has multiple parking garage entrances and the communication we received did not specify which one we should go to. Took us 45 minutes of parking in the wrong garage, paying for it and driving around to find the right entrance with the gate.

It is a beautiful place! The view is so lovely and and the terrace was great to get fresh air and take in the cable cars over the bay! We could also see the city lights and the Oriente Train station all lit up at night.

Good location, nice sized apartment for a family.

Check in process was terrible. i had communicated clearly to hosts that we will be arriving between 4 and 4.30pm, and I was updating every 30 mins as we got closer to 4pm. Host said they would meet us at property when we arrived. We were at the property by 4.20pm, and had to wait outside (not even in a lobby) for over 30 minutes before someone arrived to give us keys. With 3 little kids, this was not at all acceptable especially since we are supposed to have access to the property beginning at 3pm. Please consider a better check in process where you can either leave the keys in a lockbox (near the property) or plan to meet us on-time at the property. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom upstair is sagging and should be replaced.

The location close to the train/bus station. Place was clean and really nice. The bathrooms were plentiful and the layout was nice. Beds were very very comfortable

The air conditioning didn’t work well and the place was really warm and uncomfortable. Each of the 4 units blew out like warm air. Messaged but no helpful response. For the amount of money for the unit it would be expected the air work.
