Assez spacieux pour 8 personnes , assez proche du métro , pas trop loin du centre (5stations de métro) , Pâtisserie et petit Auchan à proximité
Ascenseur vieillot et pas toujours fonctionnel, logement un peu défraichi et assez de bruit sur la rue du coté des chambres (ex ramassage des poubelles à 1h du matin)

Le personnel était très agréable et tous les équipements prévus étaient présents, y compris quelques courses type gel douche, pastilles lave-vaisselle, ainsi que tout le linge de toilette et de lit. Emplacement pas trop loin du centre (25 minutes à pieds), supermarché à proximité
Le logement est très vétuste (peinture, suspensions, portes, sols) les lits ne sont pas confortables, certains n’avaient plus de lattes sur 1/3 du lit. L’isolation phonique n’est pas au rdv, ni dans l’appartement, ni vers l’extérieur Le quartier craint un peu le soir
