The accommodation has incredible potential! It’s beautifully designed and very well-equipped, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, and you feel completely safe in the area. The hosts were very communicative and went out of their way to help. For example, one of us accidentally left behind garmin belt in the accommodation, and the hosts sent it back to us (to another country) free of charge, which was supernice and we do appreciate that a lot! Thank you one more time!! Overall, the hosts were very friendly, and the communication was great.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major issue. The bathrooms had severe mold issues, and there was a noticeable dampness in the rooms, which seemed to be leading to mold as well. The linens were also stained and felt unpleasant. It's a pity because the place itself has so much potential, the hosts is super nice, but the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance really impacted the experience. It made the overall stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

The property is positioned in a very quiet area and well located for travelling to main landmarks. The apartment was well equipped and the beds / pillows were very comfortable. Check-in was easy and communication was exemplary. There is a cafe and shop within seconds from the building which was very handy. The cafe is great and the shop well stocked.

Apartamento espetacular, espaçoso, bem decorado. o proprietário é super simpático. Tem um supermercado ao lado, dá imenso jeito. Vale muito a pena.

Infelizmente a limpeza da cozinha deixa muito a desejar. Os móveis estavam com marcas gordurosas e o exaustor só de abrir para colocar a ventoinha a trabalhar, pegava nos dedos. Claramente não é limpo há muito tempo. As restantes partes da casa estavam limpas. Não tinham sacos de lixo extra.

Service à la clientèle en dessous de tout. On n'a vu personne de tout le séjour. Aucun état des lieux de l'appartement qui a pourtant de très nombreux problèmes visibles. On a du faire pour se protéger un reportage photo de tout l'appartement afin d'être sur de récupérer la caution. Aucun manuel expliquant le fonctionnement des appareils dont la clim-chauffage. On a du chercher pour savoir ce qu'il fallait faire avec les poubelles et s'il y avait de recyclage à faire. Aucune explication concernant les transports en commun disponible, ni aucun conseil de restaurant dans le coin ou de commerces. Matelas ressorts archaïques. Je ne savais pas qu'il était encore possible de trouver de tel matelas digne des tous premiers matelas à ressort du siècle passé. Merci pour le mal de dos. La chasse d'eau coule en permanence. merci pour les économies et l'environnement :-(
