Airco worked fine, appartement was tidy and mostly functional. Not much light but acceptable and actually a plus during summer, stays cooler. Quiet and safe. Easy access a well located.
Minor issues, coffee machine did not work properly but was promptly replaced the day after. It was not clearly stated during the reservation that the apartment was below ground level. This was not an issue during our stay, actually the place stayed cooler because of that.

Big space with garden.
Maybe garden need more plants .) but it is only point of view.

Communication and second apartment we were moved to after complaining for the first night.
First family apartment we stayed on first night in the basement was not up to standard with damp walls, humidity despite 2 dehumidifiers was at 75%. After complaining this issue was sorted and we were moved one floor up to a lovely apartment that I would rate 4;5star.
