Wir waren nur eine Nacht da um die Nacht zu überbrücken, dafür ist es aber echt klasse. Man kann seine Kapsel zu machen in der Nacht. Die meisten hatten sie aber tatsächlich einfach offen. Ist halt ein Hostel und man teilt es sich mit mehreren Menschen, dafür war es aber echt sauber und ordentlich. Würde ich wieder machen zum überbrücken.

Only received one towel (hand towel sized) for my 7 night stay. I asked for a fresh towel after 4 nights, but housekeeping left it in a communal area for me to collect (which another resident took before I could get to it) which staff did not rush to replace despite me informing them. Due to the heatwave, the air conditioning struggled, meaning I had to keep the door of my capsule open at night. I was too afraid and uncomfortable to fall asleep, so I had a broken sleep of 2 hours on the 5th night. I ended up booking into a hotel for the rest of my stay. I have still not received a refund on the city tax that I had to pay twice for (as this is linked to the accommodation). I was also kept awake that same night by a male resident who stayed in the hostel, having a telephone conversation at 4.30am in a nearby pod.
