Villa Tolena

The hosts were there to meet us when we arrived from the airport so no hanging around until stated check in time, we received a very warm welcome, a tour of the property and an amazing welcome pack which meant we could relax and enjoy the pool straight away. Tony and Marilena also provided a lot of advice on local tavernas and shops/bakery etc as well as helping with restaurant bookings and car parking advice for Corfu Town and local beaches. The property provided everything we were looking for, is very well maintained, equipped and furnished to a high standard, with amazing views. Outdoors there is a large garden, good sized pool, gated entrance, a number of different seating areas and a Weber gas bbq. Indoors is spacious and comfortable, smart TVs and well equipped gym and games room. We had linen change and mid stay clean provided with toiletries, pool towels etc. We would definitely return to this villa again. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay, I'd highly recommend this property.

This is definitely a car required location, with quite a steep track up to the property, but the views and the villa are amazing!

We LOVED this villa, would stay again, WILL stay again.... it is just perfect. The outside space is AMAZING, fantastic pool, beautiful garden, super clean and perfectly maintained. The villa itself is EVEN BETTER .... so much space, light, airy, very tastefully decorated. We loved the HUGE open plan kitchen and living space, everything felt very high quality. The hosts were lovely and met us to hand over the keys, they'd also arranged such a fantastic selection of supplies that there was no need to go to the supermarket in a hurry. The location is great, maybe 20 mins from the airport, and we were able to visit Paramonas, sinrades, Agios Gordios, Pelekas and a few other spots in ten mins or so with our hire car. If you have the opportunity to stay here you should! We will be back :)

We hired out this villa for a week as a family of 5. The villa is exceptional, very modern and spacious, the hosts were also amazing and very helpful with any problems or questions we had. We met the owners Toni and Elena on the last day who were lovely. As our flight arrived in late, our host was waiting for us at the villa to show us round and we were greeted with food and drinks already in the fridge. The location of the villa is a 5min walk to the bus stop that takes you to corfu town or wherever you need to go! We hired out a car which I would recommend to get around the whole island. The villa is roughly 20mins to corfu town and 10mins from Pelekas by car, which was great for restaurants and views!

Everything was brilliant, the only thing to mention is the lane up to the villa is very steep but after a couple of times going up it you get the hang of it!

The villa offers exceptional living areas complete with a gym downstairs in the basement. The bedrooms were all very sizeable with individual air con, and the beds were very comfortable - a detail often overlooked in villas we’ve stayed in before. The finish of the villa is high end and modern and has new facilities (dishwasher, modern large fridge/freezer, Webber barbecue etc). The infinity pool was a good size with plenty of outdoor sun loungers. The morning sunrise is highly picturesque from the upper level balcony and from the infinity pool. The villa is secluded and not overlooked giving a nice level of privacy. Katherine and George were on hand before our arrival and throughout our stay to help with anything we’d need - taxis, restaurant recommendations and even organising an emergency doctor’s appointment. Nearest beaches are sandy. Arriving by car at 10am will ensure a parking space for €5.

Given the topography of the villa’s location, a car is essential. But, the benefit are the views overlooking to mainland Greece and Corfu town.
